Police Officer |
The Town of Plymouth’s Police Department is currently accepting applications to fill a grant-funded Police Officer position.
The Plymouth Police Department is seeking a candidate that is highly motivated, ethical; team oriented and dedicated to the principals of community oriented policing. The officer will be required to perform any legal task assigned to the officer by the Police Chief.
The Town of Plymouth offers an excellent benefits package that includes North Carolina Local Government retirement system, 401K, medical and Dental insurance.
This is a time limited position not to exceed four (4) years.

Requirements: |
High School Diploma, a valid North Carolina operator’s license, and North Carolina BLET certification required. Candidates must pass a stringent background check, a physical (including drug screening). College degree, prior law enforcement or prior military preferred but not required.
