1 July
2011, the Town of Plymouth hired the
Wooten Company, to perform services as
the Towns Engineering Firm. This is a 5
year contract with one of the longest in
business and most prestigious
engineering firms within the state of
North Carolina.

1 July
2011, The Town of Plymouth hired the
Sound Side Group as the Town’s IT
Company. This is a 5 year contract with
one of north eastern North Carolina’s
fastest growing companies. This contract
will allow the Town to greatly enhance
service to the residents of Plymouth NC.

8 August
2011, The Town Council of Plymouth
North Carolina adopted the Town’s first
Ordinance to regulate Parks within the
Town; this will greatly improve
management and enjoyment of the Towns
facilities for residents and visitors
alike. The Ordinance can be
