The Town of Plymouth has hired Allison Platt’s company, Regeneration by Design, to provide a conceptual design for sidewalk and Streetscape improvements for Downtown Plymouth, specifically Water Street from Adams Street to Monroe Street and Washington Street to Main Street. The proposal also includes an option for conceptual design of improvements to the riverfront in the same area. This is a conceptual design proposal to re-evaluate previous Streetscape concepts and to provide information that can be used to seek grants or other funding for proposed improvements.
